CAiD Impact Report 2016

Citizens Advice in Dorset: an introduction to our Impact Report from Anne Joseph, CAiD’s  Independent Chair

I took on the role of Independent Chair in May 2015 just as the Connecting Advice project was entering its final furlong, and the research was underway for the Dorset Advice Strategy. This plunged me straight into the world of advice delivery, the opportunities – and challenges – of partnership working, the ever-present fragility of funding, and the murmurings around future  local government re-structure.
